The story of Monia Gabrielle is the story of how the 6-year-old girl set out to find out how Facebook works. After some research, she collected personal information about her mother, then sent it to one of her friends with instructions on what to do next. Since then, she has become known online as 'Revenge Kid' and has gone on to hack into more than 100 companies. She continues her plea for privacy today with a new website called xploitz .net where she will teach people how to protect themselves online. A brief review led me back over 10 years ago when I noticed the article in one of my Dad's anthologies on "how children can stay protected from computer hackers. The article was about a 6-year old that hacked into the then president's email and made the whole internet go insane because of it. The story was really interesting, but it also sparked my curiosity. I wanted to know what had happened to Monia and how she had done all this? Why did she do it? And how did she do it? So for years I kept trying to find her without any luck, but then today when one of my friends brought me this site xploitz .net, I knew I finally found her. Or at least the person who hacked all those companies in the early 2000s. So I went to her site and read some of the stories, and I wanted to share them with you. To understand why Monia did what she did, you need to know a few things about her. She is a very smart, but also very curious little girl who was born in Germany on September 23rd, 1989. Her Grandmother and Dad came from Nigeria and decided it would be a good idea to enroll her in some educational activities at first. She liked it! So she started doing ballet, piano and gymnastics classes. But she also wanted to do something else, so when she was 6 years old her parents decided to buy her her very first computer. She was excited when it arrived, but not knowing what to do with it, Monia asked the salesman how the internet worked. He explained in detail, but Monia still wasn't satisfied. So she wrote an email to Bill Gates asking him what he thought of the internet and why he'd never built a system like that himself? She demanded an answer! The salesman laughed when he read Monia's email in front of his friends at lunch break the next day. Some people in the cafeteria heard about this and thought that this little girl had some guts writing such an email. Monia's Mom said that Monia wanted to find out more about the internet, so she asked the salesman to explain everything in detail to her. He did. It pulled her in, but she still didn't have enough information! When it was time for Monia to go home that day, Monia went with her parents to pick up the 2nd computer they bought. It was a high end gaming computer. That's when Monia decided what she wanted to do with this gift from God...She would hack all the companies in America and make them pay back for what they did to us!
