Beginning with a closed beta testing phase for Paperino Operazione Papero, Paperino's new website is launched and its development team begins to grow. July 16th, 2015 - Launch of the first proper beta version of Papers Please. September 7th, 2015 - Paperino Operazione Papero officially launches. Soon after, the first bug fixes and improvements are made available to its users. October 18th, 2015 - Paperino Studios is accepted into the Barcelona Games World event to exhibit Papers Please. Following this, a closed beta phase for Penguinality was announced and launched soon after. November 5th, 2015 - The Penguinality closed beta opens its doors to the public. November 23rd, 2015 - The Penguinality closed beta phase ends and it enters open beta testing phase beginning December 1st, 2015. December 31st, 2015 - Penguinality's open beta testing phase comes to an end while the game undergoes changes in its development. January 27th, 2016 - A closed beta phase for Papers Please begins while the game undergoes some more changes in its development. September 15th, 2016 - Penguinality officially launches with its final name of Paperopoli. Paperino Studios currently consists of a team of two people: Juan Carlos Fernández Pérez and Xavier Batalle Gil.
